Door/Window Casing 3-1/2" - 200

This aesthetically appealing 3-1/2" - 200 door/window casing measures 3.500" width by .781" thickness, allowing the use of four-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial moulder. The beautiful profile contains a 1-3/32" broad fillet with a 3/32" round outer and a 1/8" rolled inner edge on the top left. The radius connects to an elevation-changing three tangent radii wave-like curvature that merges with a 1-1/4" flat line segment with another 3/32" broken edge in the center. It's joined o a shallow two-tangent radius ogee with a 3/64" eased edge leaving a 7/32" thickness dimension on the right side of the design.
