This designer, 3-1/2"- 197 door/window casing measures 3.500" wide by .750" thickness, requiring a 3-3/4" wide blank of four-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial-style molder. The beautiful custom profile contains a 7/16" wide raised fillet with 1/8" rolled edges joined to a 1/8" quarter-round bead on the top left. The bead attaches to a two tangent radius s-shaped curvature in the center, connected to a shallow convex arc flanked by short line segments with a 25/64" broad congee derived from a 7/32" cove on the design's right side.
