Door/Window Casing 3-1/2" - 175

This southwestern 3-1/2" - 175 door/window casing measures 3.500" wide by .750" thickness, allowing the detail to be machined out of four-quarter lumber. The tiered profile is comprised of a 1-1/16" wide by 9/64" tall raised fillet with two 5/32" radius edges on the left, joined with a 1-1/4" wide line segment with a 3/8" round-over in the middle, joined to a 1-3/16" wide flat line with a 1/8" eased edge on the right side of the pattern. The detail is designed and oriented in the moulder with the taller edge against the inside fixed fence. This will allow the center portion to be used as the hold-down point during the milling process.
