This designer 3-1/2" - 165 door/window casing measures 3.500" wide by .687" thickness, permitting the pattern to be machined out of four-quarter lumber. The elegant profile is comprised of a 13/16" wide raised fillet with a 1/8" eased outer, and 5/32" rounded inner edge on the top left, joined to a recessed 3/8" flat line with bidirectional beveled edges that connect to a gentle down-sloping two tangent radius curvature in the center, merged with a 13/32" thumbnail shaped bead and two cascading line segments with 3/32" round-overs leaving a 5/16" thickness dimension on the right side of the design.
