This stylish 3-1/2" - 151 door/window casing measures 3.500" width by .750" thickness, requiring a 3-3/4" wide blank of four-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial moulder. The enchanting profile contains a 15/16" broad line with a 1/8" round outer edge and a 3/16" cove with a 1/16" vertical step on the top left. The small steep drop connects to a 1-19/32" broad flat segment with a 1/8" elevation change. It's attached to a graceful 5/8" convex arc tangent to a 1/2" radius semicircle creating the ogee on the design's right edge.
