This embellished 3-1/2" - 115 door/window casing measures 3.500" wide by .812" thickness, allowing the pattern to be milled out of four-quarter lumber. The attractive profile is composed of a 24/64" wide flat line at 3/4" thickness on the left, the side edge was intentionally left square to utilize one of our many backband profiles, here is just one you may want to review and consider, backband .875" - 1. This area is joined to a down-sloping 3-13/32" radius arc joined to a short 7.575-degree angled line in the center, attached to a 1/8" wide squared sunk fillet with a 27/64" wide half round bead on the right side of the pattern.
