Door/Window Casing 3-1/2" - 112

This strikingly bold 3-1/2" - 112 door/window casing measures 3.500" wide by 1.000" thickness, allowing the pattern to be milled out of five-quarter lumber. The custom profile comprises a one-inch wide flat line on the left. The side edge was intentionally left square to utilize one of our many backband profiles; here is just one you may want to review and consider, backband .750" - 5. The flat area on top is joined to a 9/32" cove with a 1/16" drop in elevation that merges with a 15/16" wide line segment and a 9/64" vertical step in the center, attached to a down-sloping two tangent radius cyma reversa with a 3/64" step and a 3/16" quarter circle on the right side of the pattern.
