This custom 3-1/2" - 109 door casing measures 3.500" wide by 1.250" thickness, enabling the pattern to be milled from six-quarter lumber. The prestigious profile comprises a 13/16" wide by 3/16" deep stepped line connected to a 1/8" wide sunk fillet that transitions into a small cyma reversa with a tiny 1/8" cove and 1/8" vertical step. The change in elevation attaches to a 9/16" wide by 3/16" deep stepped line with a 1/8" wide quirk and a 9/16" wide half-round circle on the thin side of the design.
