This beveled 3-1/4 - 50 door/window casing measures 3.250" wide by .750" thickness, necessitating the use of a 3-1/2" wide blank of four-quarter lumber for milling on a commercial moulder. The chamfered edge profile contains a 1-3/8" broad line with 1/16" rolled edges on the top left. The inside rollover connects to a 15.422-degree downsloping angled line with a 1/16" eased edge leaving a 1/4" thickness dimension on the design's right side.
