This sophisticated 3-3/16" door/window casing measures 3.187" wide by 1.187" thickness, necessitating the use of six-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial moulder. The beautiful profile composes a 1/16" wide fillet at a 3/4" thickness dimension on the top left, connected to a 1-1/64" wide thumbnail shaped arc, and an 11/64" flat line joined to a 1-1/32" wide congee, derived from a 41/64" concave semicircle in the center, attached to a 3/8" wide half round and a 9/64" quarter round bead that transitions into an elliptical-shaped curvature on the right side of the design.
