This lovely 3" - 83 stepped door casing measures 3.000" wide by 1.000" thickness, it will require five quarter lumber for milling on a industrial moulder. The tiered profile composes a 3/4" wide by 1/8" tall raised fillet with 1/16" eased edges on the left, connected to a 1/16" wide line segment with a 3/16" cove and a 1/16" drop in elevation, joined to a 1-1/16" wide by 3/16" deep stepped line with a 1/16" rounded edge that joins to a 15/16" wide straight line with a 1/16" radius edge, leaving a 7/16" thickness dimension on the right hand side of the pattern.
