This creative 3" - 65 door/window casing measures 3.000" width by .750" thickness, necessitating the use of a 3-1/4" wide blank of four-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial moulder. The decorative profile contains a 43/64" wide fillet with a 1/16" eased edge on the top left. The flat section connects to a 13/64" cove with a 5/64" vertical step merged with a 1-31/64" flat line with an additional 1/16" rolled corner in the center. The remaining section contains a 5/32" radius quarter round arc connected to a 7/64" broad fillet, and a 3/16" cove with a 3/64" eased edge on the design's right side.
