Door/Window Casing 3" - 45

This ornate 3" - 45 door/window casing measures 3.000" wide by .687" thickness, allowing the pattern to be milled from four-quarter lumber. The distinguished profile is composed of a 21/32" broad line segment flanked by small sunk fillets and a 7/16" wide half circle on the left side, connected to a two tangent radius cyma reversa with a 1/8" vertical step, attached to a 17/32" broad straight line with a 3/32" steep drop in elevation, joined to a 7/64" wide sunk fillet with a 25/64" wide half circle on the right side of the design.

Caution; the cutters will come within .020" of the machine bed plates when milling this detail. We recommend a wooden, phenolic, or plastic sacrificial bed plate for these milling operations.
