This intricate 3" - 105 door/window casing measures 3.000" wide by .750" thickness, allowing the pattern to be milled from four-quarter lumber. The custom profile is composed of a 3/8" wide half circle on the left outer edge, connected to a small round sunk fillet that transitions into a two tangent radius cyma reversa with a forty-five degree beveled edge, attached to a 23/32" wide sunk fillet and a 1/4" wide half round bead with an 11/64" wide by 5/64" deep vertical drop in elevation, joined to a 1/8" broad line segment and a 19/32" cove, leaving a 7/32" thickness dimension on the right side of the pattern.
