This lovely 2-3/4" - 44 door/window casing measures 2.750" width by .750" thickness, necessitating the use of a three-inch wide blank of four-quarter lumber for milling on a commercial moulder. The attractive profile contains a 1-3/4" broad flat line segment with a 3/16" rolled outer edge and a tiny vertical step inside edge on the top center. The small step connects to a downsloping two tangent radius s-shaped curvature and a half round bead with an 11/64" fillet on the design's right side.
