This designer 2-3/4" - 23 door/window casing measures 2.750" in width by .687" in thickness, requiring 3" wide blanks of four-quarter lumber for milling on a commercial moulder. The attractive profile composes a 1-5/32" broad straight flat line with an inside beveled edge and a 3/32" eased outer edge on the top left. It joins a 7/64" wide sunk fillet merged with a dished-out cavetto tangent to an 11/64" radius arc in the center. It connects to a 15/32" broad half-round circle flanked by small line segments with a 3/64" eased edge on the right side of the pattern.
