Door/Window Casing 2-9/16" - 8

This fancy 2-9/16" - 8 door/window casing measures 2.562" wide by .687" thickness, permitting the use of four-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial moulder. The designer profile consists of a 15/16" flat line segment with a 1/16" rolled outer edge on the top left. This area joins a one-inch wide cong'e derived from a 1/8" cove with a 1/16" forty-five-degree beveled edge in the center. Connected to a 9/32" convex arc tangent to a 3/8" concave semicircle creating the ogee with a 3/64" eased edge, leaving a 1/4" thickness dimension on the right side of the design.
