This creative 2-9/16" - 1 door/window casing measures 2.562" width by .750" thickness, permitting the use of a 2-13/16" wide blank of four-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial moulder. The sumptuous profile contains a 23/32" wide by 5/64" tall raised fillet with a 1/8" rounded corner on the top left. The vertical line connects to a 3/64" broad fillet joined to a 1/4" cove with a 1/16" drop-in elevation. The remaining portion consists of a 1-3/64" wide fillet with another 5/64" elevation step merged with a small two-tangent radius ogee on the design's right side.
