Door/Window Casing 2-1/2" - 43

This single-bead 2-1/2" - 43 door/window casing measures 2.500" width by .750" thickness permitting the use of a 2-3/4 wide blank of four-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial moulder. The template & knife design allows for a 4-3/8" width to be made by simply adjusting the width on the machinery. The outside edge was intentionally left sharp to accommodate the use of many of our radius edges. The custom profile comprises a 1-3/8" broad fillet on the top left. The flat line connects to a 3/8" wide v-groove with a recessed 1/4" half-circle in the center with a 3/8" eased edge on the design's right side.
