WM 440 Door Casing 2-1/2" - 1

This WM 440 casing pattern 2-1/2" - 1 measure 2.500" in width by .687" in thickness. The time-honored renowned detail comprises a 1/2" wide raised fillet with a 1/8" round-over on the outer edge and a 3/16" rolled inside edge on the top left. It connects to an elevation changing two tangent radii downsloping curvature in the center. The wavy line joins a tiny vertical elevation drop with a small ogee on the right side of the pattern. We recommend using 2-3/4" wide blanks of four-quarter lumber for milling on industrial equipment.
