Door/Window Casing 2-9/32" - 1

This traditional 2-9/32" - 1 door/window casing measures 2.281" width by .719" thickness, enabling four-quarter lumber machining on an industrial moulder. The standard profile is widely available in many width sizes throughout our moulding catalog. It contains a 5/8" broad flat line segment with a 1/8" rolled outer edge on the top left. The horizontal line joins a shallow vertical step to a two-tangent radius s-shaped curvature with an additional small step in the center. The remaining portion retains a 1/2" broad flat line and another 1/8" eased corner, leaving a 7/16" thickness dimension on the design's right side.
