This WM 327 door casing pattern 2-1/4" - 32 measures 2.250" in width by .688" in thickness. The traditional clam-shell casing comprises a 7/32" round outer edge on the top left. It's tangent to a 4-47/64" radius arc in the center, retaining a 3/32" thickness dimension on the pattern's right side. We advocate utilizing 2-1/2" broad blanks of four-quarter lumber for milling with industrial machinery.
