Brickmould 1-15/16"

This stucco brickmould 1-15/16" measures 1.937" wide by 1.250" thickness, necessitating the use of six-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial molder. The beautiful, functional profile is comprised of a 1/2" wide horizontal line with a 3/64" outer and a 1/16" rounded inside edge on top, connected to a small three tangent radius cyma reversa that transitions into a 1-1/16" wide line segment with a 3/64" eased edge on the right side of the pattern. The left side consists of a 1/4" tall vertical line at the bottom, attached to a 1/8" radius that transitions into an off-centered triangular-shaped arc used in conjunction with exterior stucco siding applications. The profile is milled with the taller side up against the right side fixed fence on the machinery. This enables the metal hold-down shoe to be moved outward laterally and placed on the wider portion of the profile. This intentional design feature eliminates the need for a custom pressure shoe.
