This common brickmould 1-5/8" - 1 measures 1.625" width by 1.250" thickness, enabling a 1-7/8" wide blank of six-quarter lumber milling on an industrial molder. The standard profile contains a 3/8" broad line segment with a 1/8" vertical step on the top left. The short line connects to a 1/4" convex arc tangent to a 3/8" concave semicircle forming the ogee with a 3/32" drop in elevation in the center. The remaining portion consists of a 21/32" wide flat line leaving a 3/4" thickness dimension on the design's right side.
