45 Degree Double Chamfer - 25

This double chamfered edge moulding 45-degree - 25 measures 1-3/4" thickness requiring any size width of eight-quarter lumber for milling on a commercial moulder. The simple profile comprises two forty-five-degree bevels at .530" tall and wide, leaving an 11/16" tall line in the center with two splay face dimensions of 3/4" wide on the top and bottom edge of a piece of lumber measuring 1-3/4" thickness. Machine all four edges simultaneously by producing a set of knives for both the right and left vertical cutterheads.
