45 Degree Single Chamfer - 17

This single chamfered edge moulding 45-degree - 17 measures 1/2" thickness requiring any size width of four-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial moulder. The fundamental profile comprises a forty-five-degree bevel at .265" tall and wide, leaving a splay face dimension of 3/8" wide on a single edge of a piece of lumber measuring 5/8" thickness. Machine two edges simultaneously by producing a set of knives for both the right and left vertical cutterheads.
