45 Degree Double Chamfer - 13

This double chamfered edge moulding 45-degree - 13 measures 1-1/4" thickness requiring any size width of six-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial moulder. The simplistic profile comprises two forty-five-degree bevels at .188" tall and wide, leaving a 7/8" straight section in the center with a splay face dimension of 17/64" wide on the top and bottom edge of a piece of lumber measuring 1-1/4 thickness. Machine all four edges simultaneously by producing a set of knives for both the right and left vertical cutterheads.
