This lock miter joint 45-degree - 10 knife design is designed to mill a locking miter joint on two pieces of lumber at 1" thickness. The professional cad produced dxf file contains two high precision moulding template designs to create moulder cutters for this functional detail, both moulding knives are designed to be milled on a shaper, one piece of lumber is milled laying horizontally flat and the other must be milled standing up on the edge.
