Bed Mould 4-17/32"

This bed mould 4-17/32" comprises the same geometrical shapes as most bed moulds, a 2-3/32" radius quarter circle positioned at the top of the pattern, a 3/16" tall vertical fillet in the center, with a 7/8" radius cavetto and an 11/16" wide horizontal fillet located at the bottom of the design. The fixed spring angles are at thirty-eight and fifty-two degrees; these particular back bevels keep the face side of the profile parallel to the wall and ceiling when installed, in addition to locking in the height at 3-1/2" tall with a 2-7/8" projection across the top. The pattern measures 4.531" in width by 1.000" in thickness. The recommended rough wood rip-size milling sprung (laying horizontally flat) using five-quarter lumber is 5-5/16" wide.
