The fixed spring angles are at thirty-eight and fifty-two degrees; these particular back angles keep the face side of the profile parallel to the wall and ceiling when installed, in addition to locking in the height at 2-5/8" tall with a 1-13/16" projection across the top. The pattern measures 3.184" in width by .750" in thickness. The recommended rough wood rip-size milling sprung (laying horizontally flat) using four-quarter lumber is 3-7/16" wide.
The up-to-date combined high-speed steel knives & profile template prices are listed below for quoting purposes. On most of our cove, crown, and bed mould designs, we utilize a full 2.375"/60mm cutter head for the back cut angles to allow for multiple axial adjustments on a wide range of patterns.
