This
eye-catching bed mould 2-15/16" measures 2.937" wide by .750" thickness, allowing the pattern to be machined sprung (laying horizontally flat) out of four-quarter lumber. The gorgeous supporting profile is composed of a 1-11/16" radius convex semicircular arc on the top left, connected to a 7/32" tall vertical fillet in the center, joined to a 1/2" cove with a 5/16" wide horizontal line segment on the bottom right side of the design. The spring angles are fixed at
thirty-eight and
fifty-two degrees, these particular back bevels keep the inner profile parallel to the wall and ceiling as well as set the installed height at 2-7/16" tall with a projection of 1-11/16" wide.
