Bed Mould 2-7/8"

This eye-pleasing 2-7/8" bed mould measures 2.875" wide by .687" thickness, enabling the pattern to be milled sprung (laying horizontally flat) out of four-quarter lumber. The appealing supporting profile is composed of a 1-7/64" radius convex semicircular arc on the top left, connected to a 21/64" tall vertical fillet in the center, joined to a 1/2" cove with a 5/16" wide horizontal line segment on the bottom right side of the design. The spring angles are fixed at forty-five degrees these clear back bevels keep the inner profile parallel to the wall and ceiling, they also set the installed height at 2-1/8" tall with a projection of 1-15/16" wide.
