Bed Mould 2-11/16" - 2

This classic bed mould 2-11/16" - 2, measures 2.688" width by .750" thickness, permitting the use of four-quarter lumber for milling sprung (laying horizontally flat) on a commercial-grade molder. The traditional supporting profile contains a 27/32" convex radius semicircular arc on the top left, connected to a 21/64" tall vertical fillet in the center with a 9/16" cove and a 5/16" broad flat line on the bottom right side of the design. The fixed spring angles are at thirty-eight and fifty-two degrees; these particular back bevels keep the exposed face side of the profile parallel to the wall and ceiling when installed, as well as set the oriented height at 2-7/32" tall with a projection of 1-17/32" across the top.
