This bed mould 2-11/16" - 1 measures 2.687" width by .687" thickness. The design consists of a 7/8" radius bead on top attached to a 1/4" vertical fillet with a 13/16" radius cove and a 5/16" horizontal fillet positioned at the bottom. With the spring angles fixed at thirty-six and fifty-four degrees, the installed height becomes 2-3/16" tall with a projection of 1-9/16" full.
