Bed Mould 2-11/16"

This traditional 2-11/16" bed mould measures 2.696" wide by .750" thickness, necessitating the pattern to be milled sprung (laying horizontally flat) out of four-quarter lumber. The common supporting profile is comprised of a 1-13/64" convex semicircular arc on the top left, connected to a 9/32" tall vertical line segment in the center, joined to a 55/64" cove with a 1/4" wide horizontal line on the bottom right side of the design. The spring angles are fixed at forty-five degrees, these clear back bevels keep the face side of the profile parallel to the wall and ceiling when installed, they also lock in the positioned height at 1-7/8" tall with a projection of 1-15/16" wide.
