Bed moulds are transition patterns. This pattern measures 2-1/2" wide by 3/4" thick. The top of the profile is generally a quarter-round bead that would lead your eye to the next element in a built-up cornice or crown design. This profile consists of a 3/4" radius arc at the top, a 1/4" tall fillet in the center, and a 1/2" cavetto with an attached horizontal fillet in the design's lower right corner. The spring angles are set at 38/52 degrees, installed height becomes 1-15/16" tall, with a projection of 1-41/64" wide.
