Bed Mould 2-7/16"

This good-looking 2-7/16" bed mould measures 2.437" wide by .750" thickness, enabling the pattern to be machined sprung (laying horizontally flat) out of four-quarter lumber. The appealing supporting profile is composed of a 1-1/8" radius convex semicircle on the top left, attached to a 17/64" tall vertical fillet in the center, joined to a 7/16" cove with a 1/4" wide horizontal line segment on the bottom right side of the design. The spring angles are fixed at thirty-eight and fifty-two degrees, these particular back bevels keep the inner profile parallel to the wall and ceiling as well as set the installed height at 2" tall with a projection of 1-7/16" wide.
