Bed Mould 2-3/8"

This beautiful 2-3/8" bed mould measures 2.375" wide by .750" thickness, allowing the pattern to be machined sprung (laying horizontally flat) out of four-quarter lumber. The attractive supporting profile is composed of a 21/32" radius convex semicircle on the top left, attached to an 11/32" tall vertical fillet in the center, joined to a 19/32" cavetto with a 3/8" wide horizontal line segment on the bottom right side of the design. The spring angles are fixed at thirty-eight and fifty-two degrees, these particular back bevels keep the inner profile parallel to the wall and ceiling as well as set the installed height at 1-27/32" tall with a projection of 1-1/2" wide.
