Bed Mould 2-1/4" - 3

This stylish 2-1/4" - 3 bed mould measures 2.250" wide by .750" thickness, permitting the pattern to be machined sprung (laying horizontally flat) out of four-quarter lumber. The lovely supporting profile is composed of a 23/32" radius convex semicircle on the top left, attached to a 9/32" tall vertical fillet in the center, joined to a 17/32" cavetto with a 9/32" wide horizontal line segment on the bottom right side of the design. The spring angles are fixed at thirty-eight and fifty-two degrees, these particular back bevels keep the inner profile parallel to the wall and ceiling as well as set the installed height at 1-7/8" tall with a projection of 1-1/4" wide.
