WM 72 Bed Mould 2-1/4"

This WM 72 bed mould 2-1/4" measures 2.250" in width by .562" in thickness. The established supporting profile comprises a 23/32" radius arc on the top left. It connects to a 13/64" vertical fillet in the center and attaches to a 17/32" radius cavetto with an 11/32" on the design's bottom right corner. The spring angles are fixed at thirty-eight and fifty-two degrees; these specific back bevels set the installed height at 1-55/64" tall with a projection of 1-11/32" across the top. The recommended rough wood rip size for milling sprung (laying horizontally flat) using four-quarter lumber is 2-1/2" wide.
