Bed Mould 1-3/4" - 6

This bed mould 1-3/4" - 6 measures 1.750" wide by .625" thick. The standard profile is comprised of a 9/16" radius quarter circle at the top, connected to a 13/64" tall vertical fillet in the middle, attached to a 7/16" radius cove with a 17/64" wide horizontal fillet at the bottom of the pattern. The spring angles are fixed at forty-five-degrees, these specific back bevels set the installed height at 1-9/32" tall, with a projection of 1-3/16" wide. Two high points in the design were intentionally positioned on the same plane; our specialized design feature will provide excellent hold-down conditions while milling the pattern on an industrial machine.
