This bed mould 1-3/4" - 5 measures 1.750" wide by .750" thick. The standard supporting profile is comprised of a 35/64" radius quarter circle on the top, connected to a 3/16" tall vertical fillet in the middle, attached to a 13/32" radius cove with a 9/32" broad horizontal line at the bottom of the pattern. The spring angles are fixed at
forty-five-degrees, these specific bevels set the installed height at 1-1/4" tall, with a projection of 1-7/32" wide. Two high points in the design were intentionally positioned on the same level plane. This specialized design feature will provide excellent hold-down conditions while milling the pattern on industrial machinery.
