WM 75 Bed Mould 1-5/8" - 2

This WM 75 bed mould 1-5/8" - 2 measures 1.625" in width by .562" in thickness. The classic supporting profile consists of a 1/2" radius arc on the top left. It connects to a 1/4" vertical line in the center and a 25/64" radius cove with an 11/64" broad line segment on the design's bottom right corner. The spring angles are at forty-five degrees; the dedicated back bevels keep the face sides of the pattern parallel to the wall and ceiling. These specific angle positions lock the installed height at 1-7/32" tall with a 1-3/32" projection across the top. The recommended rough wood rip size for milling sprung (laying horizontally flat) using four-quarter lumber is 1-7/8" wide.
