WM 76 Bed Mould 1-1/2" - 1

This WM 76 bed mould 1-1/2" - 1 measures 1.500" in width by .563" in thickness. The distinctive supporting profile comprises a 7/16" radius arc on the top left. It connects to a 1/8" vertical line in the center, joined to a 15/32" radius cove with an 11/64" broad bar on the design's bottom right corner. The spring angles are fixed at forty-two and forty-eight degrees; these specific back bevel cuts set the installed height and projection at an identical dimension of 1-1/16" tall and across the top. The recommended rough wood rip size for milling sprung (laying horizontally flat) using four-quarter lumber is 1-3/4" wide.
