This fashionable 7" - 69 base moulding measures 7.000" width by .687" thickness, requiring a 7-1/4" wide blank of four-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial moulder. The custom profile contains a 4-39/64" broad flat line on the top center. The flat line connects to an elongated s-shaped curvature merged with a two-tangent radius half-round bead on the design's right side.
This professionally drafted template ready computer-aided drafting (CAD) drawing exchange file (DXF) (purchase in the box below) contains two high precision template designs to create profile cutters for this exquisite baseboard detail. One for machining the entire width and the other for milling just the profile portion of the design.
