This exquisite 6-1/2" - 40 baseboard moulding measures 6.500" width by .750" thickness, necessitating using a 6-3/4" wide blank of four-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial moulder. The well-crafted profile contains a 3-19/32" broad flat line with a 9/64" wide slope on the top center. The bevel connects to a one-inch wide fillet with an additional angle, a two tangent radius s-shaped curvature, and a 7/64" chamfer joined to a small ogee on the design's right edge.
