Baseboard 5-1/2" - 63

This southwestern 5-1/2" - 63 base moulding measures 5.500" wide by .750" thickness. The stepped profile is comprised of a 1-21/32" wide by 13/64" deep fillet with a 3/16" radius edge on the left, connected to a 1-7/8" by 13/64" straight line with a 5/32" eased edge in the center. It's joined to a 1-31/32" broad line segment with a 1/8" rounded edge on the right side of the pattern. The profile is oriented in the machinery to be milled with the thickest side of the pattern up against the inside fixed fence of the moulder. This enables the machine operator to move the pressure shoe element laterally and downward onto the center portion of the profile, assuring excellent hold-down capabilities while milling the detail.
