This fine-looking 5-1/2" - 58 base moulding measures 5.500" wide by .625" thickness. The beautiful detail comprises a 2-9/16"broad line with a 9/64" inner eased edge connected to a 17/32" raised fillet with 9/64" rolled corners. It transitions into a shallow cyma reversa attached to a half-round circle with two stepped edges at the top of the pattern, adding excellent symmetry to the overall design.
The professional cad-produced dxf file contains two high-precision template designs to create cutters for this specific detail. One for machining the entire pattern and the other for milling just the profile portion of the design.
