WM 738 Baseboard 5-1/4" - 1

This WM 738 base moulding pattern 5-1/4" - 1 measure 5.250" in width by .563" in thickness. The traditional profile comprises a 3-49/64" broad line with a 7/32" deep step on the top center. It connects to a 3/64" wide sunk fillet transitioning into a downward sloping thumbnail shaped arc; joined to a 3/32" rounded point flanked by small bevels on the design's right edge. The recommended rough wood rip size using four-quarter lumber is 5-1/2" wide. The acrylic template is designed to accommodate milling widths up to 7-1/2" wide, this is easily adjusted with the radial movement of the left vertical cutter head on the machinery.

Our professionally designed acrylic templates and knives include the required draft angles to maintain the ability to sharpen the blades properly without modifying the detail. It will also prolong the milling time between sharpening.
