This
multi-bead baseboard 4" - 81, measures 4.000" wide by .563" thickness, permitting the use of four quarter lumber for milling on a commercial-grade molder. The attractive profile contains a 1-33/64" flat line segment with a beveled inside edge on the top left. Joined to a recessed half-round that transitions into a three tangent radius s-shaped curvature in the center. The right side of the design merges a half circle with two cascading quarter rounds that truly embellish the detail.
Caution: the cutters will come within .020" of the machine bed plates when milling this detail. We recommend a wooden, phenolic, or plastic sacrificial bed plate for these milling operations.
